You don't wait in the dark.

A streaming progress view shows the map-reduce pipeline in real time — extraction, schedule parsing, parallel section MAP, sequential REDUCE, and clause deep-dive. Findings start appearing before the run finishes.

  • Streaming UI — you see findings as they land, never frozen.
  • ×52Parallel MAP over every section to keep median runtime under 2 minutes.
  • Interrupt safely — partial outputs are checkpointed; resume from where you stopped.

M
Has the retention change been pre-agreed with the insured, or is this a unilateral move by the insurer?
PCP
The renewal slip lists the retention as £500,000 (Schedule item 9, p.4). The baseline was £250,000. There is no broker note, endorsement, or correspondence referenced in either PDF that confirms the insured has agreed to this increase.

The cover note dated 14 Mar 2026 mentions "discussions ongoing with insured re: deductible level" — which implies the change was not yet confirmed at the time of slip preparation.

M
Compare the cyber exclusion language to a typical LMA cyber endorsement.
PCP
The renewal wording closely tracks LMA5400 — the standard "absolute cyber exclusion" form. The key differences:

· Stricter: renewal adds "attempted access" to the cyber event definition, which is broader than LMA5400.
· Removed carve-back: baseline allowed a £2m ransomware sublimit; this is fully removed.

Net effect: cyber-related D&O liabilities are now uninsured under this policy.
